Dr. Anthony Darboh - Company Secretary
Dr. Anthony Darboh joined the bank's team as a Director on the 27th of September, 2012. Boasting a career that spans twelve years with Kwamanman Rural Bank Limited, where he rose through the ranks to the position of Supervising Manager, Dr. Darboh brings a wealth of knowledge in areas including Accounting, Banking, Auditing, Financial Analysis and Investment, and Taxation.
Dr. Darboh is an esteemed academic, holding a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology's School of Business. Furthermore, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, specializing in Accounting, from Christian Service University College and also holds a Ghana Securities Industry Certificate from the Ghana Stock Exchange.
A recognized expert in his field, Dr. Darboh is a Doctoral Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Financial and Investment Analysts (CIFIAG), a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAG), and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIBG). Moreover, he holds memberships with the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana (MCITG) and the Institute of Internal Auditors-Ghana (IIA).
Marking another milestone in his illustrious career, Dr. Anthony Darboh was appointed as the Company Secretary of the Bank on the 7th of August, 2021. His broad range of skills and comprehensive understanding of the financial sector make him a valuable asset to the team, contributing greatly to the bank's ongoing success.
