Boasting a career that spans twelve years with Kwamanman Rural Bank Limited, where he rose through the ranks to the position of Supervising Manager, Dr. Darboh brings a wealth of knowledge in areas including Accounting, Banking, Auditing, Financial Analysis and Investment, and Taxation.

Dr. Darboh is an esteemed academic, holding a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology's School of Business.

Mrs. Georgina Yeboah is a seasoned expert in Human Resource and Health Services Administration with over two decades of leadership experience. Her background in healthcare management, policy development, and organizational leadership makes her a valuable member of the Atwima Kwanwoma Rural Bank Board. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the African Forum for Research and Education in Health (AFREhealth), where she leads the implementation of strategic health and education initiatives across Africa.

Mr. Joseph Kofi Amankwah is an accomplished Chartered Accountant with over three decades of experience in finance, accounting, and institutional leadership. He brings a strategic and analytical approach to financial management, having served in various senior roles across academia and consultancy.

He currently serves as the Vice Principal of DHI College of Health and Education, where he oversees finance, administration, and institutional development. He is also the Lead Consultant at Kedge Consulting Limited, providing advisory services in internal controls, restructuring, and corporate finance. Prior to this, he was the Director of Finance at Christian Service University College for over a decade, where he managed budgeting, compliance, and financial reporting functions.

Mrs. Agnes Eyiah-Mensah brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as a distinguished board member of Atwima Kwanwoma Rural Bank. With over two decades of professional experience spanning various sectors of the economy, Agnes is a seasoned entrepreneur known for her commitment to excellence and innovation.

Her impressive career includes positions such as her work in the Internal Audit Department of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (KNUST) and her role as an Account Officer at Federated Commodities Company Limited, a prominent cocoa buying company.

Mr. Emmanuel Ebo Ocran is a Chartered Accountant and experienced Systems Analyst with over 19 years of expertise in finance, information technology, and strategic project management. He currently serves as the Head of Payroll and Finance Manager for Mastercard Foundation programs at KNUST, managing a multi-million-dollar portfolio aimed at education and health transformation.

Throughout his career at KNUST, he has held several key roles, including Head of Budget, Head of Data Processing, and Head of Payroll, where he led the development of financial systems and internal controls.

Atwima Kwanwoma Rural Bank PLC is privileged to have Mr. Alex Kwame Boateng serve on its Board of Directors, bringing to the institution over three decades of exceptional leadership in urban development, engineering infrastructure, and municipal governance.
